The ice cream maker

Red Lion Farm is a family run dairy farm situated in the village of Haughton in the heart of rural Staffordshire. The rolling acres are home to a herd of pedigree Jersey cows, the milk from which is used to make our delicious Ice Cream. Everyday gallons of fresh Jersey milk makes a journey of a few hundred yards across Red Lion Farm from the milking parlour to the ice cream factory, where it is turned into delicious Red Lion Farm Ice Cream. A viewing windows allows visitors to watch the ice cream being made. With flavours such as butter n cream, honeycombe and raspberry pavlova there is something for everyone. Only the finest ingredients go into making this ice cream, and these coupled with the Jersey milk gives the ice cream its unique flavour.
