"I am passionate about high quality meat and service and am relishing the prospect of using my training to its full potential and bringing some very traditional cuts to the counter."

From a traditional farming family was educated at Harper Adams Agricultural College, Shropshire. Has been working as a butcher in Midlands for the last 6 years.

Matthew Wigley

"My enthusiasm for the job is what drives me and I have never had such top quality meat to work with before."

Matthew has been a butcher for 15 years, has spent 12 of those years managing a shop, and was originally trained by Kevin. He has won 10 awards for pie-making, sausages and bacon-curing.
