Chris Baines "I am passionate about high quality meat and service and am relishing the prospect of using my training to its full potential and bringing some very traditional cuts to the counter." From a traditional farming family was educated at Harper Adams Agricultural College, Shropshire. Has been working as a butcher in Midlands for the last 6 years.
Matthew Wigley "My enthusiasm for the job is what drives me and I have never had such top quality meat to work with before." Matthew has been a butcher for 15 years, has spent 12 of those years managing a shop, and was originally trained by Kevin. He has won 10 awards for pie-making, sausages and bacon-curing.
