At The Butcher, The Baker, The Ice Cream Maker our aim is to work with nature to provide you, our customer with the highest quality local food that is ethically produced and full of flavour. Our animals are all free range and include native Red Poll and Aberdeen Angus cattle, Hampshire Down Sheep and Bronze Turkeys. They are raised on our own farm or those of other local farmers chosen for their high standards and are naturally reared and humanely killed within 30 miles of the shop. Our meat, which is unique due to the extensive nature of the grassland on which the animals are raised, is available EXCLUSIVELY through our shop. Freshly baked bread will be available throughout the day along with a tempting array of cakes and pastries. And those of you who love ice cream can indulge yourselves with delicious Jersey Ice Cream straight from the farm in the heart of Staffordshire.
